maintenance at discounted rates (rates determined by hours
bought).

All hardware purchased at Power
Computer is covered by a 3 year parts and labor warranty. With
FREE unlimited technical phone support (toll charge may apply)
All onsite support is billed
according to the rate chart below. For more developed systems we
recommend purchasing our support agreement to help serve your
long-term needs.

Service Agreement
We also offer pre-paid service
agreement contracts. This offers phone and on-site support for
your network, software and hardware. The units are expressed in
hours. For example if you purchased 10 units it would = 10 hours
of onsite support which could be used at any time (during regular
business hours) for 10 hours. You can purchase your support units
as follows:
